Panto is coming to Buckden!!

Oh no it isn't...oh yes it is!!

We are delighted to announce that Melodramatics will be performing the wonderful magical pantomime ALADDIN here at the Hall in February 2019!!  Auditions for roles in this show are being held here on 20th November 7:30pm - 9:30pm.  Everyone aged 17+ are welcome.  Please contact 07432 714122 or This email address is being protected from spambots. **Buckden Village Festival!**

Come over to our Festival Day on the playing field on Saturday 7th July 12:30pm - 4:30pm.  Attractions include the biggest bouncy slide in the uk, human hamster rollers, a craft fayre, a food court and many fun stalls!

As part of the Festival celebrations, on Friday 6th July there will be a fashion show in the main Hall from 7pm.  Tickets are £6 on the door. 

NHS Blood Donor Session 7th September 2018

The next Blood Donor session is on Friday 7th September.

Falls Prevention Clinic

The Fall Prevention Clinic is commissioned by CCC where appointments will be made over a 6 month period for individuals 50+ who may have a fear of falling, have previously had a fall or just would like to increase their physical activity level. 

The trained staff will conduct falls assessments as well as prescribing personalised home-based strength and balance exercise programmes.  These exercise programmes are evidence based programmes that are proven to reduce falls-related injuries and help with balance and mobility.

Initial Assessments have been booked in November here at the Village Hall.  If you feel you can benefit and would like an appointment, please contact Change Point on 0333 005 0093.

Zumba returns!

Starts on Friday 1st September and runs every Friday 10am – 11am.  It's suitable for all ages, body types and fitness levels!

**Dog's Trust Dog School**

We are delighted to welcome the Dog’s Trust to the Hall. They hold a Dog School each week where they give expert advice and practical training. They aim to help owners and their dogs to enjoy a happier and safer life together, to build an even more rewarding bond and also have fun along the way! These classes are held on Thursday afternoons, but they will accommodate 1-1 lessons at other times if that better suits. The classes are for puppies and adult dogs. Beauty by Becky & Natalie
