Falls Prevention Clinic

The Fall Prevention Clinic is commissioned by CCC where appointments will be made over a 6 month period for individuals 50+ who may have a fear of falling, have previously had a fall or just would like to increase their physical activity level.

The trained staff will conduct falls assessments as well as prescribing personalised home-based strength and balance exercise programmes.  These exercise programmes are evidence based programmes that are proven to reduce falls-related injuries and help with balance and mobility.

Assessments take place in the Aragon Room here at the Hall on Tuesdays.

If you feel you can benefit and would like an appointment, please contact Change Point on 0333 005 0093.

These classes are held on Thursday afternoons, but they will accommodate 1-1 lessons at other times if that better suits. The classes are for puppies and adult dogs.
